Some days, like today, I need to get out of the office during my lunch hour to unwind. I often find myself just driving, no real destination in mind, enjoying my one hour of freedom. Lately, it seems like I keep ending up at the same place…Target! Does anyone else find comfort in strolling up and  down the aisles mindlessly, whether or not you actually need  to buy anything? Over time, this has become my number one coping skill for de-stressing in the middle of my work day! I counsel people hour after hour in my therapy office and sometimes I need a little {retail} therapy of my own! I’m excited about my recent purchases below, all very affordable and great for summer!
