I was in Hobby Lobby the other day and came across this super cute jute clutch for $3.99. The best part about this clutch is that it is lined with leopard fabric. So adorable! I knew I had to buy it and embellish it in some way. I had a bunch of ribbon from Hobby Lobby that kind of looks like leather. I’ve used this ribbon for so many things. I knew that the ribbon would be the perfect addition to this clutch.

What you need to make this clutch:

Jute Clutch

Hot Glue Gun

Faux Leather Ribbon

Scissors

Take a piece of ribbon and glue it diagonally across the flap of the clutch. Make sure the piece is longer than the clutch. You will be cutting off the access in the end.

Take another piece of ribbon and glue diagonally overlapping a little over the first piece. Continue to do this until you have covered the whole front flap of the clutch.

Cut around the clutch trimming off the extra ribbon.
