I’ve seen some really cute polka dot framed wall art on Pinterest lately. I thought it would be cute to paint three canvases different colors and add polka dots to them. I’m obsessed with the navy and pink color combo lately. Add gold in there and you have my perfect color combination!

 Materials:

3 – 10 X 10 Canvases (I used 10 x 10, but you can use any size you like.)

Gold Glitter Paper

Shiny Gold Card Stock Paper

Acrylic Paint

Paint Brush

Circle Hole Punch (The size of the punch I used makes .75″ circles.)

Hot Glue Gun

Paint each canvas. I did multiple coats of paint, as I wanted my canvases to be completely covered in color. Make sure you let them dry in between each coat. To speed up the process you can dry the canvases in between coats with a blow dryer on the cool setting.

Punch out circles in the paper with the circle punch.

Arrange the circles on the canvas how you like then glue each circle to the canvas with the hot glue gun.
