I love this time of year! The days are getting longer and the weather is perfect for spending time outdoors. One thing that I always look forward to in the spring and summer is grilling out! Grilling opens up so many opportunities to try favorite foods cooked in different ways. One of my favorite vegetables to grill is corn and today I’m going to share my very own way of making grilled corn on the cob! If you get to try it, let us know what you think!

You will need:

  • Ears of Corn (in husks)
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Tin Foil (1 square for each ear of corn)

Directions:

  • Preheat grill on medium heat
  • Peel back husks from corn and remove silk
  • Smooth butter (as little or as much as you’d like) over all sides of the corn
  • Add salt & pepper over butter
  • Replace husks and wrap each ear of corn in a piece of foil making sure it is completely covered
  • Place on grill and cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally

Enjoy!

XO, Louisa
