Instagram Snapshots & A Printable

Happy Friday everyone! I’m sure ready to start this weekend. I have big plans. My family got me a Kitchen Aid mixer for my birthday. It’s been on my list for a long time now. I can’t wait to break it out of the package and get started with it. Anyone have the ice cream attachment? I’m thinking about purchasing it. I’ve been itching to make my own ice cream at home! I’m wondering how easy {or hard} it is to work with. I purchased a mic for my new camera, so I’m going to play around with some video this weekend. I am going to start doing some DIY videos for you all. I’m super excited about that. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for some time now. I’ve done videos in the past, but they haven’t been high quality. I’m a perfectionist and I finally got all the pieces to make some really great videos.

Here is a look at some of the recent photos from our Instagram account. Be sure to follow us on Instagram to keep up with what we are up to!

Since you all went so crazy on Instagram about the ‘Everything’s Better with a Monogram‘ print I have hanging in my office, I decided to make it available for download. Click the download button below.

What do you all have planned for the weekend? Anything fun?

  1. Hi Jenny,
I have the KitchenAid ice cream attachment and LOVE it. It does take some planning to use (the bowl has to be frozen for 8+ hours before use), and there are a lot of steps (scalding milk, letting it chill, mixing in bowl, letting ice cream freeze, etc). You can make a batch in a day, but it takes ALL day. But, the ice cream and gelato it turns out is great. My hubby’s favorite is straciatella gelato. Yum!!!

    Good luck!
