Mochachino Truffles Covered With Cacao Powder

Truffles2 Mochachino Truffles Covered With Cacao Powder

Truffles have the ability to make every moment special. A decadent dessert with family, a sweet snack while having
tea with friends or a glass of wine with your loved one, or when you are alone reading a good book. Truffles
are perfect for every moment of your life. You only need a couple of ingredients and ten minutes of your time to
enjoy these little pieces of heaven. Best of all? They are healthy and vegan.

Mochachino Truffles Covered With Cacao Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 dried plums
  • 3 tablespoon coffee
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor mix the nuts with the dried plums until you've got a paste.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of cacao powder and continue mixing.
  3. Add the maple syrup, the coffee and the oil.
  4. Mix well until you've got a thick mixture.
  5. Oil your hands and start rolling the mixture into small balls.
  6. In a Ziploc bag, add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder. Place truffle balls in bag and start shaking until they are well covered.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
