   I’ve been watching the frequently asked video but for some reason even when I enter the 3rd letter, i still is all clumped in black text on the right. Any tips?

   I love these!! All of them.
   I have read through the frequently asked questions, and watched the video, but I havent found the answer to my question.
   I only want to do 2 initials, not three. Is that possible? have tried a space, but it doesnt work.

     Hi Beth, Sorry! There is no way to only do two initials. It will only work with 3. In the future we are going to try to do some with only two since not everyone has a middle name.
